Beautiful new tile roof and new outside paint 2023 along with complete re-screen of the pool deck and new indoor paint in 2022.

Summary: My family stayed for 5 days in March, and cannot say enough about the house, the location, and the fabulous experience! The house is located in a convenient location, close to any of your shopping needs (quick drive to any store). The neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful. The house is well stocked, very clean, and the furniture and beds are super comfortable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Florida getaway!
